The Schladming-Dachstein Card is automatically included in the cost of your stay between 14th May and 1st November 2026.

Because many services are restricted and not as many lifts are running on a full schedule as of October, there is a separate list of card benefits during the autumn. Arrival / Departure
You are welcome to check into your room after 3 p.m.
On departure day, please vacate your room by 10 a.m. According to Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions, failure to do so may result in you being charged for an additional day.
TERMS OF BUSINESS / CANCELATION CONDITIONS
In the event of early departure or cancelation, the following fees apply: up to 2 months before arrival free cancelation, 60 to 30 days before arrival 40%, 30 to 7 days 70%, during the last week 90%, and in case of no-show 100% of the total price. Bookings are fundamentally handled according to Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions (AGBH). We strongly recommend purchasing holiday cancelation insurance.

After booking, a deposit of 40% of the total price is payable within 3 days. This amount will be deducted from the total amount on departure. Details of our account details can be found in your booking confirmation.
