You can check into your room after 3 p.m.
Departure
We ask you to check out of your room on departure day by 10 a.m., otherwise we will be obliged to charge you for another night's stay (according to Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions).
Terms & Conditions
In the event of premature departure or cancellation, please refer to Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions (AGBH) 2009. We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance coverage.

Dear guests,
since March 05, 2022 proof is no longer required.
To give you more security in your vacation planning, we guarantee a free cancellation or rebooking of your already made reservation and all new bookings until 3 days before arrival in summer 2022 in case a stay is not possible due to the following official measures:
- Our hotel is closed by the authorities or the place is closed by the authorities.
- The borders to Austria are closed and it is not possible to enter the country for vacation purposes.
For any refund of deposits due to cancellation, the entrepreneur reserves the right to charge processing fees of at least € 50, -, for higher deposits or group bookings 5% of the deposit value.
For all other reasons of cancellation, the usual cancellation regulations apply.
Our Tip: European travel insurance
With travel insurance, you save unnecessary costs when unforeseen events occur. We recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance, which you can also book online!
Despite pandemic status, European travel insurance also offers cancellation cover in the event of COVID-19 illness.
