Better cancelation options

Dear guests,

actually the "2-G" rule (= vaccinated or recovered) is valid for a winter vacation in Austria. The further development of this measure is not yet foreseeable.
To give you more security in your vacation planning, we guarantee a free cancellation or rebooking of your already made reservation and all new bookings until 3 days before arrival in winter 2021/2022 and in summer 2022 in case a stay is not possible due to the following official measures:

  • Our hotel is closed by the authorities or the place is closed by the authorities.
  •  A level 6 travel warning has been issued for your home country or county.
  • The borders to Austria are closed and it is not possible to enter the country for vacation purposes.
  • You or the persons living in the same household have been tested positive for Corona at the time of the planned start of your vacation (medical certificate must not be older than 48 hours) or the officially prescribed quarantine has not yet ended at the time of your arrival.

IMPORTANT: Please note that failure to comply with the "2-G" rule does not entitle you to free cancellation. If you cannot afford the "2-G" rule, please cancel your stay in good time before the free cancellation period expires.

For any refund of deposits due to cancellation, the entrepreneur reserves the right to charge processing fees of at least € 50, -, for higher deposits or group bookings 5% of the deposit value.
For all other reasons of cancellation, the usual cancellation regulations apply.
